一、什么是危险化学品 ？

根据《危险化学品安全管理条例》（令591号》三条，本条例所称危险化学品，是指具有毒害、腐蚀、爆炸、燃烧、助燃等性质，对人体、设施、环境具有危害的剧毒化学品和其他化学品。

二、什么是危险货物？危险货物是指*引起燃烧、爆炸、腐蚀、中毒或有放射性的物品，在运输、储存过程中造成人身伤亡和财产损失，必须采用特殊防护设施与措施的货物。 危险货物包装是指盛装危险货物的包装容器，通常包括容量不过450升、净重不大于400公斤的包装容器，中型散装容器，大型容器（大包装）等，另外还包括压力容器、喷雾罐和小型气体容器，便携式罐体和多元气体容器等。

二、 GHS安全标签（模板向本公司索要）

三、 成分声明（模板向本公司索要）

四、 自愿委托声明（模板向本公司索要）

五、 报检公司盖章的营业执照复印件
